Survey - Transition Initiatives in Canada

The Transition Initiatives Survey is a way to find out "where transition is at" in Canada. We will compile the results and share them with trainers across the country so we all can

• put training participants in the know about the range of transition creativity that's going on.
• connect with others around projects, or join with them in strategies to overcome the challenges we have in common.
• learn more and share more about how transition happens.
