Moapa is not the only tribe to implement successful economic development strategies. Its uniqueness lies in having done a lot with very little in a very short time. The tribe combines its labour with outside resources to create a multiplier effect throughout the reservation economy. The tribe started with small projects which logically led to larger, more sophisticated efforts in related Fields.
